Small Size - Mens:  Up to Size 8 Foot
               Womans:  Up to Size 9 Foot

Large Size - Mens:  Size 9 and Up
               Womans:  Size 10 and Up

*NOTE*   If you are dealing with a lot of swelling, you may want to go up a size for a more comfortable fit
